By identifying core objectives and key value propositions we create incredible, immersive experiences that tell epic stories, create wonder and exceed expectations.
Project Ingesting Stage
A pre-development stage where we take all materials provided and immerse ourselves in the project, its objectives, goals, use cases, user profiles etc. This includes information requests in regards to the chosen location, site visits, meetings with stakeholders and other suppliers and whatever else is identified as a requirement.
Immersive Experience Strategy
Experience design is the heart of what we do and is always informed by a comprehensive strategy. Our experience design experts provide detailed insight into what guests will be thinking, feeling, interacting with and seeing, hearing and even smelling at every step of the visitor journey.
This is conveyed back to the client prior to production in any number of ways, including written treatments, user stories, storyboards, concept art and renders, animations and, increasingly, interactive walkthroughs using game engines such as Unity and Unreal. Anything to help really bring the proposal to life.
A key part of experience design is throughput strategy. We carefully analyse existing spaces, design innovative layouts and create batching strategies that enhance the visitor experience. This extends to pre and post show; after all, we can't have people stood around bored and we want to ensure they take a part of the experience away with them.
In some rare cases this is important enough to become the entirety of the project, such as the Smiler Rollercoaster pre-show work that we undertook at Alton Towers, and extensive Q-lIne work that we provided in addition to two major rides at Dream Island, Moscow's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles area.
Ticketing & Financials
Part of any successful strategy is a solid financial plan. We analyse trends, compare ticket prices and create the financial framework for each project before we get into detailed design. Our industry experience allows us to identify ongoing operational costs, investment opportunities, partnerships, sponsorship and funding options.
We also look at technical solutions to help drive customers to sales and ticketing opportunities and keep abreast of current innovations in this area.
In addition to masterplanning we also consider branding and marketing strategy. Seeper has a long history of PR stunts and experiential activations and we create integrated and innovative campaigns and guerilla events.
Some successes include a location-based AR portal shop for LEGO Wear, and installations for the launch of Microsoft XBox Kinect, the Oakley Store in London's Covent Garden and the opening of the new wing of the Tate Modern.
PR is a key part of any strategy for new attractions. We have exensive contacts with a wide range of communications agencies and the expertise to make the biggest impact for a launch or opening.
